The Washington Capitals will be without Alex Ovechkin tonight.
Out With Injury
Ovechkin is reportedly dealing with an upper body injury. No other information regarding the injury has been revealed.
The Washington Capitals were knocked out of playoff contention after the Florida Panthers beat the Buffalo Sabres on April 4. This is the first time since 2014 they will miss the playoffs.
Ovechkin has 42 goals and 74 points this season.
