Ryan Reaves fired up after taking down Tanner Jeannot in a fight
Ryan Reaves has once again decided to drop the gloves and show why he is the top enforcer in the NHL. This time his opponent is fellow enforcer Tampa Bay Lightning Tanner Jeannot.
With the NHL playoffs fast approaching Ryan Reaves decided to set the tone tonight against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Early in the game, Ryan Reaves challenged Tanner Jeannot to a fight. The two threw plenty of haymakers at one another in a classic fight.
Ryan Reaves would lose his helmet in the fight but this would not stop him from landing several major punches on his opponent. After winning the fight Ryan Reaves was visibly excited after taking down Tanner Jeannot.
This fight has now set the tone heading into the playoffs. The Maple Leafs as of now are on track to play against the Florida Panthers in the first round. While the Panthers do not have any traditional enforcers Ryan Reaves has set the tone that any time he or his teammates are challenged they will answer the call.
