BREAKING: 3 Canadian Teams Will Have a FULL Arena

According to Sportsnet NHL insider Elliotte Friedman, the Flames, Oilers and Jets will have full capacity. The Montreal Canadiens and Vancouver Canucks have been cleared for partial capacity, according to Friedman. The Ottawa Senators and Toronto Maple Leafs are still waiting for Ontario's approval.
