BREAKING: Gary Bettman And The NHL Could Be Forced To Cancel A Game Tonight
The NHL is slated to have every single team play tonight but due to a power outage, one of these games may be canceled.
Ducks Vs. Blue Jackets In Danger Of Being Canceled
Insider Frank Seravalli just revealed some awful news regarding the Blue Jackets game against the Ducks tonight. Due to a power outage, the game is already forced to be delayed for two hours and could potentially be outright canceled for tonight.
Sounds like #CBJ and #NHLDucks are aiming for an 8:30pm ET puck drop with the power outage currently affecting Nationwide Arena in Columbus.
Originally scheduled for 6:30pm ET as part of 16-game staggered schedule.
Hopefully, the power outage is able to be resolved soon because if not, they could be forced to move this game to another day. Given how these are cross-conference rivals, there are not many opportunities to play each other so when one game does get moved, it becomes quite complicated.
These two team selected 2nd overall and 3rd overall last year taking Leo Carlsson and Adam Fantilli respectively after finishing last and second to last in 2022-23.
