It took two days... In case you missed it, former NHL annoyance Sean Avery has joined with the Orlando Solar Bears of the ECHL to try and return to the NHL. He hasn't played professional hockey since 2012, but he's clearly serious about returning and regaining his reputation.
On Friday, the Solar Bears announced Avery's release, just two days after signing him to a reserve club deal.
He didn't play for Orlando.
