Connor McDavid Calls Out His Entire Team Following a Loss
Connor McDavid is the best player in the NHL. He does things that no other player could ever dream of, and he has skill that only comes once in a generation.
However, despite McDavid's performances, his team, the Edmonton Oilers, is struggling.
It appears that McDavid is tired of his team losing, and that he finally broke.
In a post-game interview, he said this:
Uhmmm yah a lot of little things. It's a little bit like whack a mole right now. One problem pops up and we solve that. Then another one pops up. Obviously we just need to find consistency throughout our whole game. 5 on 5, Powerplay, penalty kill, all of it. It just needs to be consistent on a more nightly basis.
This quote just screams frustration. Clearly McDavid won't put up with this Whack a Mole much longer.
