According to TSN's Darren Dreger, the Toronto Maple Leafs are interested in forward Taylor Hall, who will become a free agent without compensation.
If they can't sign Zach Hyman or if they decide to buy out or trade Andersen, Hall would be a logical choice for Toronto.
However, according to Dreger, Hall would like to continue his career with Boston. The team's GM is already in discussions with Hall's agent, Darren Ferris, to extend his contract.
Last season, he was drafted first overall in the 2010 draft and had 14 points in 16 games with the Bruins.
