Drew Doughty Issues a Warning to Maple Leafs' Star Players
One of the best defenseman from the 2010s Drew Doughty just issued a warning to the Maple Leaf stars.

Doughty although 33 years of age, still has some energy left in the tank. Doughty would make a killing on the powerplay unleashing heavy shots that were known to score and occasionally hurt opponents that dare stand in the way.
Today Doughty issued his warning to the Leafs superstars. He hinted at a possibility of using his shot all game, especially on the powerplay.
Doughty's Warning to Leafs Superstars
With puck drop set for 8 p.m. ET on this Halloween night, Doughty sent his warning early towards two Leafs players in particular.
"You gotta be aware ... but my job doesn't change. If they're in the lane I'm going to shoot just as hard. Sometimes it's good to waste a puck off someone's shin pad. It's part of the game"
Doughty is looking to punish the Leafs with his powerful shot, either by scoring or dealing damage with such a shot.
In order to protect Marner and Matthews, the Leafs must stay out of the box and keep the puck away from Doughty when in their defensive zone.
