The Habs return to action tomorrow in Tampa Bay, and before the team leaves for Florida, head coach Dominique Ducharme provided some information.
He discussed the COVID-19 and his number one goalie, Carey Price.
"He continues his treatments. He was supposed to meet with his doctor in New York when we were supposed to go there, but the situation has changed. Maybe he wouldn't have come because of the outbreaks on the team, but that was the plan. He will have a meeting with his doctor virtually. We will assess the situation on a day-to-day basis. We said that it was difficult to put a precise return date, that there were steps to take and measure how long it will take. He certainly has a way to go. He needs the doctor's opinion and he's working with the therapists. It's taking its course."
Price is still training on his own and waiting for the green light to resume full training.
