Edmonton Oilers owner is on trial for allegedly paying a minor for sexual favours

Edmonton Oilers owner Daryl Katz is on trial for allegedly paying for sexual favours from a 17-year-old woman in 2016, according to reports from Colorado radio station KOA 850 AM & 94.1 FM's Benjamin Allbright.
Katz, 53 at the time, allegedly gave at least $75,000 to Sage Humphries, a young ballet dancer.
Allbright reports that Humphries and six other dancers filed a lawsuit in 2021 for alleged acts of sexual abuse in the 2010s.
