Evander Kane proved these playoffs that he is still one of the best scorers in the league.
"A few months ago I had the opportunity to pick where I wanted to go," he said today. "Edmonton was interested in me and I was interested in them. We had some success. Moving forward there are many things that factor into the decision. I've really enjoyed my time here."
«This is got to be the best organization that I've played for.»
There is certainly a case to be made for the Oilers to re-sign Kane, considering his immediate success after being added to the lineup.
Clearly, Kane wants a future in Alberta. Let's see what GM Holland will do.
