As reported by Mikaël Lalancette of Le Soleil, an important and above all prominent face of Quebec hockey has passed away in the last few days.
Orval Tessier was the 1983 Jack-Adams Trophy champion in the NHL, the President's Cup and the Memorial Cup champion at the junior level.
Condolences to the family and friends of Orval Tessier, a prominent face in Quebec hockey, who passed away in the last few days. He was a Jack-Adams Trophy winner (1983) in the #NHL and a President Cup and Memorial Cup winner at the junior level.
He also had the opportunity to play four games with the Montreal Canadiens in the NHL and 55 with the Boston Bruins. He had a total of 12 points, including five goals.
