Friedman confirms goalie Matt Murray refuses a trade

According to Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman, the Sabres and Senators were discussing a trade for Matt Murray.
However, the Sabres are on the goalie's no-trade list and he has decided to stick to his list and refuse a possible trade with Buffalo.
Matt Murray has two years left on his current contract with an annual average of $6.25M.
In 20 games last season, Murray maintained a 3.05 goals-against average and a .906 save percentage. He also played in two games in Belleville of the American League.
