Ottawa Senators General Manager Pierre Dorion announced in the last minutes that their first round pick, seventh overall in the upcoming auction, is officially for sale.
«Dorion says the #7 pick is in play if they can find a guy who can make an impact. #Sens" - Bruce Garrioch, Sens reporter
Given that the Sens have been rebuilding for some time, it's only natural that they would want to move up to another level, the same goes for the Devils, who have also put their first round pick on the trade market.
More details to come.
