Gary Bettman announced big news for NHL GMs

At the General Managers Meeting in Palm Beach, NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman announced some big news.
As reported by Pierre LeBrun, starting next season, the salary cap will increase by $1M to $82.5M.
A margin of maneuver that will be very appreciated by the League's GMs.
