Oilers sign their goalie of the future

The Edmonton Oilers have agreed to terms on a two-season contract with 22-year-old goaltender Ryan Fanti. The contract will begin next season.
Fanti will join the Condors in the American Hockey League on a professional tryout until the end of the campaign.
In 37 games this season with the University of Minnesota-Duluth, Fanti has maintained a 1.83 goals-against-average and .929 save percentage.
