Before the first game of the final series between the Avalanche and the Tampa Bay Lightning, Gary Bettman and Bill Daly met with the media for their traditional press conference before the series began.
Renaud Lavoie asked Bettman a question and clearly, he didn't feel like answering it anymore.
See here a transcript of the exchange.
Renaud Lavoie:
"Hi guys, I just want to know, regarding the media presence in the players' room, for next year, is that a possibility?"
Gary Bettman's answer:
"I've answered that question probably 100 times... (Bill, responds to him) maybe they'll listen to you?"
Bill Daly continues:
"Yeah, we expect that in due course, we'll get back to business as usual and the way it was before. We think that's important, in-person access."
OUCH!
