Horrific scene as a Penguins prospect enters the strip head first

There was a very disturbing scene in the KHL when Pittsburgh Penguins prospect Kirill Tankov went head first into the boards and had to be escorted out on a stretcher.
Hopefully the damage isn't too bad. We never like to see that kind of scene.
