Insider Reveals That Bo Horvat Is DONE in Vancouver
Bo Horvat has been an integral part of the Vancouver Canucks since he was drafted. He is equally the captain of the team, and he is in the midst of a career season.
However, he doesn't appear to fit in Vancouver's long-term plans anymore. When the Canucks signed JT Miller to an $8.5-million average annual value extension, they showed their priority on forward.
Now, it appears things are coming to end between Horvat and his team.
Insider Craig Button was very candid about the situation in progress:
Horvat's done. It appears to me that Bo Horvat, he's done and he's best served going somewhere else.
The criticism that we've heard about Bo Horvat and the contract negotiations is that he's a player that's going to be on the move.
This will be a big moves for the Canucks, and it will begin a new era for the team. They could very well delve into a full rebuild following this trade.
It will be interesting to see how this all unfolds.
