Is it Time to move the Arizona Coyotes to Quebec?

In case you guys didn't hear the Arizona Coyotes are planning on relocating to a smaller 5,000 seat arena for the Coyotes temporary new home.
Just for reference most Canadian hockey league teams have more sitting then that. For instance, the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League have seating capacity of 9,200 called Budweiser Gardens and that's always sold out.
Quebec has a brand new state of the art arena the Videotron Centre that seats 18,259 and is ready and willing to take the Arizona Coyotes and turn them into the Quebec Nordiques 2.0.
I think it's time Gary Betman listens that hockey isn't working in Arizona.
