The Kirill Kaprizov saga is still not over, but it may be soon.
Earlier today, CSKA Moscow announced that the forward, who spent last season with the Wild, will not play for the team next season.
Then, late this afternoon, 91.9 Sports sent out a tweet stating that according to one of their sources, Kirill Kaprizov will sign a contract with the Minnesota team by the end of this week.
After several weeks of uncertainty, it appears that Wild fans will be able to count on their star next year and potentially for years to come.
Remember that after several disappointing years, with the help of Kaprizov and rookie goalie Kaapo Kahkonen, the Wild made the playoffs and nearly eliminated the Golden Knights in 7 games.
