In the last few hours, the Montreal Canadiens published a very interesting article about the hockey player, who is currently playing in the Women's World Cup for Canada.
Owen Beck, a second round draft pick, is a big fan of Poulin.
She's an icon in women's hockey. You know how much she's done to advance the game. What she can do for us on the ice is incredible," Beck said. "Just having a conversation with her is fantastic. You learn so much from her."
Luke Tuch, is also very impressed.
"I've watched her at previous tournaments and she's the Wayne Gretzky of women's hockey. She's a legend," Tuch said. "I scored in one of the mini-games and she came up to me and said, 'That must be the BU connection.' We just chatted for a bit. Talking with her was pretty cool."
Let's face it, it's quite a home run by the Habs to have managed to sign her and find her a position tailor-made for her!
