Patrick Roy is about to make an announcement

According to TVA Quebec's Stéphane Turcot, Quebec Remparts head coach and general manager Patrick Roy is about to make an announcement.
As mentioned by my HabsAndNHL colleague William Nadeau, Roy has three options:
1- Remain as head coach and general manager of the Remparts
2- Remain only as general manager of the Remparts
3- Leave the Quebec Remparts.
According to Turcot, Roy will be back, in both roles, for one last year in Quebec City.
