In an interview yesterday with Sportsnet, new Seattle Kraken member Shane Wright spoke out about the infamous video that has the hockey world talking, of him with his murderous look at the Habs table.
As my colleague David St-Jean reports, Wright called it a terrible misunderstanding.
"Not at all. I was just looking at the cameras in front of me. To be honest, I don't really remember the moment I went on stage. I wasn't trying to stare anyone down, even though that's what comes across in the video." - Shane Wright
Obviously, many fans don't believe this version of events, especially since he himself believes it looked like that.
