The Montreal Canadiens posted a nice tribute on their social networks in the last few hours, paying tribute to P.K. Subban's great career and his time with the Red and White.

The former Montreal Canadiens defenceman announced his retirement from hockey today at the age of 33.
In his career, Subban collected 467 points in 834 games with the Tricolore, the Predators and the Devils.
