The San Jose Sharks choose their new general manager

According to Kevin Weekes of ESPN, the San Jose Sharks will announce today that Mike Grier will become their new general manager.
A Detroit native, Grier served as an assistant coach with the New Jersey Devils between 2018 and 2020.
He played 1,060 NHL games, including three seasons with the Sharks.
Grier becomes the first black general manager in NHL history.
