Russian sports continue to grapple with a doping problem, and this issue persists as members of a leading Russian junior hockey team, Tolpar, have reportedly tested positive for doping.

Several Players of Russian Junior Team Accused of Doping

"As it became known to 'SE', several players of 'Tolpar' tested positive for doping during the MHL playoffs," - Sport-Express.ru.

The MHL is Russia's premier junior league, with Tolpar functioning as a development team for the KHL's Salavat Ufa. Tolpar advanced to the MHL playoffs semi-finals this season, but was defeated in four games of a best-of-five series against Omsk.

The report does not specify the number of players who tested positive or the substances found in the tests. However, the report does mention that those found using prohibited substances could face suspensions of up to four years.

Tolpar's roster includes players aged 16 to 20, and it appears that none of the current members have been drafted by NHL teams.
