Toronto Maple Leafs Ownership Part Ways With a Big Piece of the Management Staff
The Toronto Maple Leafs announced today that the organization and director of pro scouting Eric Joyce have mutually parted ways.
Joyce was at the helm for some massive Leafs acquisitions, including Marc Giordano and Matt Murray. On the other hand, he believed Nick Foligno was worth a first round pick.
He was in the last year of his contract with the team, and wanted more time to find his next NHL job.
With Kyle Dubas equally in the last year of his contract, could this be it for him?
It will be an interesting story to follow.
