Winnipeg Jets buyout 23 years old player

Kevin Cheveldayoff and the Winnipeg Jets made a roster change on Monday.
The team put a forward on unconditional waivers to buyout.
Forward Joona Luoto can now move on and seek a career elsewhere, if he wishes.
Took a year off from the Jets to play for Helsinki in liiga and the Manitoba Moose in the AHL.
In 2019-20, he appeared in 16 games with the Jets without scoring.
