However, Elliotte Friedman has flown solo on the podcast lately, taking over all the offseason discussion. Marek was last heard on the podcast for the 2024 NHL Draft, just before the cancellation of the free agency edition.
Jeff Marek has worked with Sportsnet since 2011 in various capacities, but it seems that his issues with the company may have been too much to handle during the summer.
Hopefully, he is just enjoying a well-deserved vacation ahead of the upcoming NHL season. If not we may bee looking for a replacement co-host on the 32 Thoughts Podcast.
