Nothing is going right for the Arizona Coyotes. In addition to losing Tuesday's game against the Ducks, defenceman Shayne Gostisbehere suffered an upper body injury. The team will be without his services for four to six weeks.
Shayne Gostisbehere is the team's second leading scorer with 29 points in 48 games.
Another defender out for at least a month
The Nashville Predators also announced that one of their defensemen will miss an extended period of time. Alexandre Carrier suffered an upper-body injury Tuesday in a fight with Logan Stanley. He will also miss four to six weeks.
In 40 games this season, he has eight points.
Both injuries come with five and a half weeks to go before the trade deadline, which could diminish the value of the players.
