Arizona Coyotes force fans out of watch party before final game
Tonight is the Arizona Coyotes' final game of the regular season. This also marks their final game playing in Arizona before moving to Salt Lake City. As part of the game, some fans decided to do a watch party outside Mullett Arena. Unfortunately, the Coyotes had other plans.
Tonight a watch party was created by fans who could not get into Mullett Arena for the Arizona Coyotes game. They were all going to hang out and tailgate and watch the game.
Here are some fan updates on the last Coyotes game.
- Fans are organizing a whiteout. It's the Coyotes' playoff tradition where everyone wears white.
- With the high prices as of today (see photos) for tickets, fans are organizing a watch party outside.
#Yotes
The Coyotes organization adopted the whiteout and did put white t-shirts in every seat in Mullett Arena.
The stage is set for the Coyotes last game in Arizona.
The team has left white shirts on every seat for fans.
However, when it came to the watch party for the game outside of the arena the ownership was not so accepting. They went as far as to kick out fans and shut down the watch party that was started.
Instead, the fans who were kicked out of the watch party by Mullett Arena have gone down the road to enjoy themselves.
Some Coyotes fans are gathered a few minutes away from Mullett for a watch party.
This is once again a ridiculous action by an ownership group that is tone-deaf to what their fan base needs and wants. Hopefully the fans at the watch party can still have a good time and properly send off the Arizona Coyotes to Salt Lake City.
