Buffalo Sabres Reporter Exposed Bullying Junior Reporter on Camera
The NHL is dedicated to growing the next generation of hockey fans. Every team is trying to encourage young fans to take an interest in hockey. The Buffalo Sabres have done a great job at reaching out to young fans and encouraging interest in all aspects of the sport.
The Buffalo Sabres have recently implemented a junior reporter program, where a young fan can experience what it is like to be a real NHL reporter.
All was going well for their junior reporter, Madison. Until she was encouraged by a member of the Buffalo Sabres media team to enter a media scrum.
Mike Harrington bullies the young fan
When Madison approached the scrum, she was shooed away by Harrington. Harrington refused to allow her to enter the scrum. Mike Straw Media captured the footage.
This is not a good look for Harrington, who already has a fragile reputation.
