Insider Leaks Trade Details For Patrick Kane
With the Patrick Kane trade being completed any minute now, the trade package has been leaked.
Kane Trade Revealed
Patrick Kane's no-move clause gave him the chance to choose his destination. With the only suitable place for him being in Manhattan with the Rangers, the package is heavily in New York's favour.
Per an inside source who works closely with the New York Rangers, the deal will consist of a second round pick, blueline prospect Zac Jones, and former ninth overall pick Vitali Kravstov.
Im hearing from sources that the #NYR and #Blackhawks are hammering out the final framework for a Patrick Kane trade. I'm hearing the Rangers are sending F Vitali Kravtsov, D Zac Jones, and a 2023 second round pick for Patrick Kane (50% retained)
In addition, the Montreal Canadiens will retain 25% of Kane's salary, for a fourth round pick in 2024.
This could be the trade that puts New York into genuine cup contention. Now we just have to wait for it to go through!
