Edmonton Oilers Pull Off Historical Win Over the Bruins
The Boston Bruins have been an unstoppable wagon this year. They're doing things no NHL team has done before. The Oilers did something incredible last night.
Oilers Become First Team to Beat Bruins in Regulation After Trailing
Yeah you read that right. Well over three quarters into the season, and the Bruins hadn't lost a single game in regulation where they had a lead.
The Edmonton Oilers became the first, as they trailed 2-0 after the first period.
They scored three goals unanswered, and pulled off an insane win.
Darnell Nurse sealed the deal with this incredible shot:
Even more surprising, is that in this dominant win, Connor McDavid didn't record a single point!
This is the type of work the Oilers will need to do in the playoffs. The only question is, can they keep it up?
