The Montreal Canadiens will send pending UFA Evgenii Dadonov to the Dallas Stars in exchange for 25-year-old former twelfth overall pick Denis Gurianov.
What This Means
Dallas may be getting a small improvement in their bottom-six scoring, but Montreal is getting a reclamation project with a ton of potential. Gurianov is a pending RFA with arbitration rights.
