However, he's not a rookie in life, and he should know that there are some basic things you can't say because they hurt people.
Subban has created many enemies with his latest controversial comments.
Subban Makes Fun of Lizzo's Weight on TV
If you don't know her, Lizzo is one of the most popular singers in the world right now.
After the Maple Leafs game, Subban commented on Toronto's performance, and instead of just saying they weren't prepared, he took a shot at Lizzo for her weight.
"Listen, maybe they need to pack a Lizzo-sized lunch. They weren't prepared, in my opinion."
This is completely unacceptable, and he's getting a lot of heat on Twitter for this.
This issue runs deeper, and the NHL needs to do something to change this toxic culture in hockey.
