The Philadelphia Flyers officially put Tony DeAngelo on unconditional waivers, in the intention of buying out his contract.
"Flyers have placed Tony DeAngelo on unconditional waivers for purposes of a buyout.
They had 72 hrs from the resolution of Noah Cates' pending arbitration case to execute in a second buyout window.
