Pittsburgh Penguins Player Breaks Franchise Record
The Penguins have many famous players that often dominate conversation, specifically the Crosby, Letang and Malkin trio, who hold a lot of franchise records.
Evgeni Malkin hit another milestone this past Thursdays game, Malkin now holds the franchise record for the most penalty minutes.
Malkin took a 2-minute interference penalty, bringing his penalty minutes to 1050, breaking Kevin Stevens' 1049 minutes.
Malkin is more known as an elite goalscorer, but his impact is felt both on the ice, and in the penalty box!
