BREAKING: Maple Leafs Make Shocking Decision on Pride
The Toronto Maple Leafs have made a shocking decision regarding their Pride night. It's safe to say many fans will be disappointed.
Maple Leafs Will Not Wear Pride Jerseys
The Toronto Maple Leafs are usually at the forefront of social movements, especially considering how progressive of a town Toronto is, but this year, they will not be wearing Pride jerseys.
This move is shocking, but unfortunately the Leafs are not the first team to make this decision.
Morgan Rielly was questioned on the decision:
«I believe actions speak louder than words, and especially speak louder than attire.»
It's hard not to feel that the NHL is going in the wrong direction lately. Disappointing decision by the Maple Leafs organization.
