The best possible news has been confirmed for Rasmus Sandin, as he will return tonight.
Sheldon Keefe confirms that Rasmus Sandin will return to the lineup tonight. Jordie Benn will be assigned to the Marlies to get some games in.
This explains why Jordie Benn was placed on waivers, as Sandin is a big improvement.
Hopefully this will aid the Maple Leafs in the push for second-place in the Atlantic division.
