Maple Leafs Sign Top NCAA Prospect For Playoff Run
The Maple Leafs made their first prospect signing for 2023-24 today. While it is not the highly hyped Matthew Knies, NCAA prospect Ryan Tverberg is exciting in his own right.
Tverberg Signs ELC
Ryan Tverberg, a 2020 7th-rounder, has had 30 points in 35 games for the University of Connecticut this season.
Scout Sam Tirpak is a big fan of Tverberg, citing his playdriving skill.
Tverberg will help the AHL Marlies go after the Calder Cup this season, which will be just another boost to an already powerful team.
