The Toronto Maple Leafs have made a shocking decision regarding John Tavares and he has officially reached an all-time low with the franchise.
Tavares Gets Demoted To The Third Line
Earlier today the Toronto Maple Leafs were practicing and the lines were quite jumbled up. Among the changes was their captain John Tavares, who makes $11 million per year, being demoted to the third line.

Tavares has now been overtaken by Max Domi on the depth chart and will now be playing with rookies Bobby McMann and Nick Robertson.
This is quite concerning but it is clear that Sheldon Keefe feels a change needs to be made.
