Maple Leafs playoff tickets prices are soaring to new heights
Today prices for the upcoming first-round playoff matchup for the Toronto Maple Leafs leaked. The prices come via Ticketmaster and revealed the insane prices fans will have to pay to see the team in person.
On X today a post was discovered that revealed the prices to attend a playoff game at Scotiabank Arena. The post indicates that to sit in the 100 level of the stadium fans will need to be willing to pay 1,000 to 2,000 dollars per ticket.
This is an insanely steep price to pay for tickets to any game regardless if it is a regular season or playoff game. If you're looking for a cheaper option there are tickets in the nosebleeds through Ticketmaster. However, even those will cost around 400 dollars.
With ticket prices this insane there is a high likelihood that fans could travel to the opposing city and attend a playoff game for similar prices as a home game. While it is not a new phenomenon for Maple Leafs tickets to be expensive this year's sticker shock is truly wild.
If the Toronto Maple Leafs are successful throughout the playoffs and move on to the next round these prices could increase significantly.
