Auston Matthews: 65 goals.

With this accomplishment he not only becomes the 3rd player in the last 30 years to score 65 goals but also the 13th to ever score that many goals.

Auston Matthews becomes only the 13th player in NHL history to score 65 goals.

While this accomplishment is impressive in itself it is not the only thing Auston Matthews tied a record in. With that goal, he also tied the longest point streak of any player this season passing Arizona Coyote Clayton Keller.

Auston Matthews continued his scoring ways with his 65th goal of the season and extended his point streak to 11 games, tying Clayton Keller for the longest active run in the NHL.

Auston Matthews seems to be in top form as the Toronto Maple Leafs enter the playoffs. With the way he is playing right now playoff scoring records could be in danger if the team performs well.
