The Boston Bruins dominated the NHL all season, and they aimed to continue their reign in the playoffs. However, after winning game one and taking a 1-0 series lead, the Panthers knew they needed to bounce back.
Panthers Stun The Bruins!
The Panthers decided to mix physical play with the Bruins, with defenceman Radko Gudas attempting to hit anything in his sight. Their strategy paid off as they built up a 4-2 lead. However, things got heated after a dirty hit by Tyler Bertuzzi on Arron Ekblad.
Despite the incident, the Panthers maintained their focus and managed to secure a commanding 6-3 lead late in the third period. Tempers then boiled over, leading to the ejection of seven players by the officials in an effort to maintain order.
The Panthers tied the series up 1-1, and now head to Florida for the next game. Don't count the Panthers out of this series yet folks in the playoffs anything can happen.
