Maple Leafs Forward Noel Acciari left the first period of the game vs Carolina after a hesdshot from Hurricanes Forward Jesse Puljujarvi
Acciari did not return following the hit in the first, and did not return for the second as well.
Leafs PR announced Acciari will not return for "Precautionary Reasons", and the severity of his injury is not yet known.
