Let us not forget the storey of St. Louis Blues right wing Vladimir Tarasenko. Almost every NHL insider predicted that the Russian forward would depart Missouri. Even the Seattle Kraken's expansion draught left him unprotected.
Finally, the old Vladimir Tarasenko is back with the Blues. He has 12 goals and 29 points in 31 games this season, and he plays with Pavel Buchnevich and Ivan Barbashev.
Is Tarasenko still asking the Blues for a trade? It appears so.
For the past three years, he has been battling the organisation over how his injuries have been managed, according to Daily Faceoff's Mike McKenna. McKenna adds that the Blues aren't in a hurry to move him because they are in playoff position. The off-season could bring a trade.
What would you give to get him?
To follow.
