Stéphane Waite makes a statement about Jonathan Drouin and it's not pretty.
"We even used to play pranks on the team. We'd joke, 'Let's see, does Jo have a clause in his contract that says he can't score? Sometimes he had incredible scoring opportunities. But no, he was looking to pass. It's like he's looking for buddies on the team. It was special" - Stéphane Waite
Last year, Drouin left the Canadiens and missed the playoffs, while the Habs reached the Stanley Cup Final. We later realised he needed time to deal with worry and insomnia. We can see why, given Waite's allegations...
The former CH goaltending coach's public rant enraged Drouin's fiery manager, Allan Walsh. On social media, he washed Waite without scruples.
Do you blame Walsh? He wants too show other players in the league that he cares about his player. All business.
