Former Montreal Canadiens defenseman P.K. Subban is still free as a bird as we speak.
Subban has said he wants to play next season and The Fourth Period's David Pagnotta has some news on the matter.
« I'm told that P.K. Subban could sign a short-term, prove-it deal, if it means he signs with a Stanley Cup contender." - David Pagnotta
We could therefore expect a one season deal at a low salary for the defenseman.
However, forget about him in Montreal. At his age, Subban would like to sign a contract with a team in the race to win the Stanley Cup.
